7:30 - 8:00am ~ Opening, Meditation & Pranayama

8:00 - 10:00am ~ Dynamic Asana Practice

10:00 - 12:00pm ~ BREAKFAST BREAK

12:00 - 2:00pm ~ Anatomy, Energetics & Philosophy

2:00 - 4:30pm ~ LUNCH BREAK

4:30 - 6:30pm ~ Teaching Methodology, Asana Lab, Practice Teaching

6:45 - 8:15pm ~  DINNER BREAK

8:30 - 9:30pm ~ Restorative/yin/mantra/mediation Practice

You’ll have one full day off, once per week to process, absorb and meditate on the information being given.
