In order to be certified you must meet all the requirements of the training.
200 hours of attendance
Completion of all assignments
Attendance to all classes
Attendance to all lectures
Passed practicum yoga class
Receive passing evaluation from lead trainer
Upon successful completion of the course you will be provided with a 200-hour yoga certification as a RYT - Yoga Teacher. This certificate can be registered with Yoga Alliance.
*Please note 100% attendance to all classes and lectures is required in order to get certified.
*If the requirements of the training are not completed, we reserve the right to not certify you with the 200-hour RYT - Yoga Teacher certification.
IN PREPARATION FOR THE TRAINING BELOW ARE TWO BOOKS THAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO READ. BOTH CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE.
- Yoga Sutra of Patanjali: translated and introduced by Alistair Shearer
- Functional Anatomy of Yoga-David Keil

This program fosters the growth of both the student and teacher within each, providing the confidence, knowledge and enthusiasm to share your passion for the practice in a profound manner that can elevate and transform people’s lives. You will be prepared to develop safe and accessible yoga classes for all levels, learning to accurately observe students’ bodies to assist in verbal and physical adjustments and modifications. Learn key cues and movements to make your students feel empowered and discover how to guide them into a deep relaxing Savasana!

This program will give you the confidence, knowledge and enthusiasm you desire to go out and share the practice with others, significantly transforming and impacting their lives, like it has yours. This teacher training is open to all levels of students who wish to deepen their own yoga practice, share yoga informally with family and friends or develop a career as a teacher.
We understand making a commitment for a life-enhancing experience is exciting yet you may also feel a little nervous. This is normal pre-training vibes, so know that we are here for you if you have any questions, please reach out.

You’ll have one full day off once per week, to absorb the information being given and options to do excursions.
