Scarab Deva is a ceremonial medicine facilitator and shamanic healer. Rachel Wainwright is a yoga, movement and breathwork teacher. Together they are joining forces to offer a divine experience to guide and support you on a journey deeper within yourself.
We will be offering sacred plant medicine ceremonies connecting us directly to our great Mother Gaia, and to revive our inner creative force with our Grandfather Spirit of Wachuma to open your heart to experience deep healing through the kindest, masculine energy together with the divine feminine.
All this combined with yoga, meditation, movement, music, and nature to bring you back to the nurturing and wisdom of your higher self. Come awaken your inner wisdom on this sacred plant medicine retreat, where the lush jungle meets the beautiful beaches of Nosara January 8-17. Begin the year feeling renewed physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

SACRED MEDICINE FACILITATOR
Scarab Deva is a shamanic healer, ceremonial facilitator and yogini.
She has been working with a variety of shamanic healing modalities for more than twenty years and has learned from various maestros and maestras from the Shipibo Canibo tribe of the Peruvian Amazon and the Q’ero Tribe of the Peruvian Highlands. She brings her 15 years of knowledge of Amazonian shamanism (having facilitated hundreds of Ayahuasca ceremonies) as well as Andean healing practices into the sacred space.
Dedicating her professional life to the psychotherapeutic application of altered states of consciousness achieved through sound vibration, meditation and shamanic healing, combining shamanism, eastern wisdom and a western understanding of the human mind.
Scarab Deva is a licensed Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Family Constellation Facilitator and Transference Healing Trainer. She has a degree in Psychology and Clinical Hypnoanalysis with a Master of Science (MSc.) in Psychiatry. This coupled with the experience of more than a decade of facilitating healing retreats all over the world allows for a diverse platform for your healing experience. She ethically sources all raw materials directly used for her healing sessions from Peru from a dearly trusted source to ensure that all materials are of the highest quality and harvested by locals, hence Scarab Deva's work maintains and supports local communities and the precious local culture.
Scarab Deva's is under the tutelage of the highly esteemed Dr. Ruben Orellana, an expert scholar, shaman, and Wachumera.

YOGA TEACHER & MOVEMENT GUIDE
Rachel Wainwright will be offering nourishing yoga and guiding intuitive movement to open you up to deeper receive all the enriching wisdom the sacred plant medicine wants to share with you. She will be there holding safe and supportive space for you to journey deeper inwards. Rachel is an empowered empath and intuitive life coach so she has the natural ability combined with countless hours of training and almost 20 years of experience to truly help you discover all the answers that are inside you to awaken your soul's purpose and have you feeling uplifted. Integration time to process everything from this transformational experience is essential so Rachel and Scarab will be offering plenty of grounding meditation to seal in all the blessings.

Accommodations and meals are not included in this retreat. You are free to choose the best accommodation option for you within your budget. Nosara is a charming beach town in Costa Rica on the beautiful beach of Playa Guiones, with many delicious restaurants right in the center of town. There are many accommodation options and you can discover your perfect place to stay on Airbnb and booking.com. When looking for a place try and find something that is close to this location so you can walk or bike.
When searching for accommodations enter the location of Playa Guiones, Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica. January is busy season so we recommend you book your accommodations as soon as possible.
In the mornings, before the retreat, we can organize for you to enjoy a surf lesson or massage. These extra activities are not included in the retreat price. If interested in any of these options please let us know.

Nosara is located in the province of Guanacaste, on the north-west coast of Costa Rica. The closest airport is Liberia International Airport (LIR), which is about a 3-hour drive from Nosara. The best way to get to Nosara from Liberia International Airport (LIR) is by shuttle from one of the many companies that offer service to Nosara.
