We will visit three breathtaking locations during the retreat: the main island of Bali, along with the other Indonesian islands of Gili Meno and Lombok. Destination

Upon arrival we will spend 6 blissful days doing yoga and exploring the many sides of beautiful Bali. Our home, The Chillhouse Bali is a stylish tropical boutique hotel nestled between the beaches and the rice fields of Canggu. We are just a few minutes away from the beach yet still enjoy the calmness of the Bali life. Canggu is a uniquely blended paradise that many travellers dream of, but very rarely find; wild cows interrupting traffic, friendly locals and perfect surf breaks, a Balinese paradise that has the best of both worlds.

From Bali we will cruise across the pristine waters to Gili Meno, located off the coast of Lombok. The Gili islands are three picturesque tropical islands sprinkled with coconut palms and surrounded by coral reefs brimming with marine life. There we will spend 3 tranquil days doing yoga, relaxing on white sand beaches, and swimming in turquoise waters. The serene beach-front Seri Resort will be our home in this tropical paradise.

The neighbouring island of Lombok will be our final stop on the retreat. Lombok is often compared to Bali 40 years ago. This island invites adventure and exploration, rising out of the ocean with massive headlands, coastlines littered with breathtaking turquoise bays, secluded white sand beaches and world-class surf breaks. Here we will spend 4 adventurous days practicing yoga, surfing the best waves, exploring and relaxing poolside at our Lombok home, the eco-chic Kies Villas.

The yoga

This Yoga Retreat will offer a variety of yoga classes, which will ride the rhythm of the experience. Some classes will be an energetic, strong moving flows to support strength & flexibility, while other classes will be deeply relaxing allowing you to cultivate a meditative mind and slip into a deep state of relaxation.

We mindfully plan each yoga class to build on one another and to ultimately deepen your yoga practice and connect within.

Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels and modifications/assists are offered. We strongly encourage beginner yogis to join us, as this is a wonderful opportunity to find the inspiration to start a personal practice. For experienced yogi's, this is a great place to deepen your existing practice and continue to grow.
