Lombok Island, nestled in the heart of Indonesia, captivates travelers with its unspoiled beauty and tranquil charm. Rascals Hotel in Lombok offers stylish and comfortable accommodations for our Jungle Dance Retreat. Each room is beautifully designed with a modern yet tropical feel, featuring wooden accents and vibrant pops of color that perfectly capture the essence of island living. All rooms at Rascals Hotel are designed to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with thoughtful touches such as soft lighting and natural textures.
You can choose from two room types, the Dream Rooms or treat yourself to one of the beautiful Deluxe Rooms all of which are equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, ceiling fan, and comfortable bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The Dream Rooms are cozy and inviting, perfect for the budget travelers. The Deluxe Rooms offer more space and additional amenities, such as a private balcony with stunning views of the surrounding greenery and unique tropical outdoor bathrooms with rainforest shower heads.

OPTIONAL ADD ON: JUNGLE DANCE TEACHER TRAINING
The Jungle Dance Training is an opportunity for you to become confident in who YOU naturally are! Each training session will focus on a particular energy center to move through any limited blocks holding you back so you can move forward feeling liberated. Practice within a safe space speaking truthfully from your heart. Learn how to guide Jungle Dance classes to inspire people to move past their limitations to liberation! It's an additional $450 for 2-hrs each day for 10-days. Once you complete 20-hours of training and pass your final assignment then you will be certified Jungle Dance Leader and ready to guide others deeper into their hearts!

Early Cancellation: The $500 deposit is fully refundable with a minimum of 120 days notice prior to the start date of the retreat.
Medium Cancellation: You will be entitled to a full refund of your retreat cost less the $500 deposit. You must notify us at least 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
Late Cancellation: With notice of cancellation less than 59 days from the start date of the retreat, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of your total retreat cost + the $500 deposit.
No Refund: With notice of cancellation less than 29 days from the start date of the retreat.
Credit (Exhale Yoga Retreats) You can apply your full deposit of $500 towards another yoga retreat or yoga teacher training with Exhale Yoga Retreats within 24 months of your cancellation date. There will be no monetary refund in this case and you must cancel with at least 29 days notice.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy; If goverment impossed travel restrictions due to Covid-19 related mandates prevent you from travelling we will provide a full refund for up to 14 days prior to the start date of the retreat.
Travel Insurance with Covid-19 coverage is required.
Exhale Yoga Retreats is not responsible for any costs or fees associated with refunding payments. Your receiving bank may charge a fee to process the refund back into your account and this cost is not payable by Exhale Yoga Retreats. All refunds take a maximum of 30 days to process.

RACHEL WAINWRIGHT JUNGLE DANCE CREATOR
Rachel injured her shoulder surfing and could no longer practice vinyasa yoga the way she had before. After hearing from the surgeon that the full rotator muscle tear was impossible to repair. She let go of what was, to what is; by focusing on what she could do. Out flowed free-form intuitive movement that dropped her into a meditative state of bliss. Rachel has never believed in anything in her entire life as she believes in this primal movement she calls “Jungle Dance". Rachel began sharing with participants on Exhale Yoga Retreats and witnessed that they too began shifting from limitation to liberation! By request she now offers purely Jungle Dance Retreats with optional add on teacher-training.
Jungle Dance provokes deep internal healing. Rachel Wainwright will be there every step of the way with you and we do have
extra additional support for your transformation.
NOURISHING FOOD
During the retreat, delicious breakfasts are included with your stay. The hotel offers a range of healthy options for breakfast that you can order directly off the menu in the morning. The meals are prepared daily from scratch using fresh, local and when possible, organic produce and ingredients with focus on healthy eating. We will all eat meals together family style in the open air dining area. Purified drinking water is available at all times. The hotel can accommodate food allergies such as gluten free, dairy free, peanut free and vegan requests. We did not include lunches and dinners to encourage you to eat at some of the other amazing local restaurants in town. You can also order off-menu at Rascals for lunches and dinners.
ITINERARY
Tentative Schedule
During the mornings there will be free time to create your own adventure. Surf times will depend on the tide and set one-week before the retreat, so the detailed itinerary will be shared Dec 21. If you choose not to go surfing, then you can enjoy laying by the pool, taking a yoga class, indulging in a massage at the Rascals spa or going to the beautiful beach. Every day we will do the Jungle Dance class at 3pm and those that are doing the training will do it from 4-6pm. Breakfast is included and you can order anytime. Lunch & Dinner is not included but you can order off the Rascals menu and service is quick. Sometimes we will go out to restaurants in town to eat. Meal times will be set, so we can all enjoy meals together.

TRAVEL to lombok island
Book your flight to the capital city of Bali Denpasar (airport code DPS).
Book a flight that arrives to Bali on December 26th or 27th, 2023. Depending on your flight's arrival time you may be able to get a connecting flight to Lombok (airport code LOP) on the same day. There are daily flights from Bali to Lombok starting at 7:00am and the last flight at 3:20pm.
Bali is a day ahead from most cities in North America & Europe. Please refer to this time zone chart if needed.
We have found that Google-Flights offers very competitive airfares and flight options. If you need help booking flights we would be happy to connect you with Exhale Yoga Retreats personal travel agent.
Check-In time at Rascals Kuta Lombok is 3:00pm on December 27th.
Once you have booked your flight, please email us your flight itinerary. Exhale Yoga Retreats will help organize a shuttle for you from the airport to Rascals Hotel.
Once you arrive in Lombok you’ll be greeted at the airport terminal by your friendly driver with an Exhale Yoga Retreats sign and you will be on your way to Rascals Hotel. It is approximately a 20 minute drive.
HOW TO GET THERE…
Book a flight that departs January 7th from Bali, or if you intend to stay longer book a return flight on a date of your choice. Most international flights from Bali depart in the afternoon so you can book a flight from Lombok (LOP) back to Bali in the morning with time to connect to your departing flight.
