Building up to 18 rounds into a 10 minute meditation.

Brahmari is one of the most soothing breaths to use and has many benefits. It is the sound of our true self and returns us back to our connection of spiritual essence. This Pranayama creates a vibration into the physical and energy body that stimulates the central nervous system, calming the mind and prepares you for meditation. With the tip of your tongue to the space where the teeth and gums meet on the upper palate (Jiva Bandha), you exhale creating a vibration that sounds like the end of the Aum.
